Split monolithic registration into per-domain modules (career, company, contact, product, projects, team, testimonials, website) over shared base helpers. Monkeypatch get_app_list to regroup all models into 8 branded sections (Website Content, About & Company, Careers, Products, Projects & Events, Our Team, Testimonials, Contact Messages). Product list annotates feature_count instead of per-row counts (N+1).
