feat(src): add touchpadenable/disable commands

Implemented touchpad control to allow enabling and disabling the touchpad via lapctl.

  - Add `touchpad` command with `enable` and `disable` subcommands.
- Enhancements
  - Extend CLI parsing and command routing to support touchpad operations.
