sankalp 39f8388948 chore(config/btop): normalize booleans and update theme colors

Updated configuration to use lowercase boolean values, enable mouse disabling, add preset disabling option, enable terminal sync, and adjust colour palette for better contrast.

New Features:
- Added `disable_presets` and `terminal_sync` settings.

Enhancements:
- Normalized all boolean flags to lowercase.
- Updated theme colour scheme throughout.
- Changed log file path and enabled automatic config saving.

Bug Fixes:
- None.
