feat(config/hypr/configs): add screenshot keybinding and enable workspace cycle configuration

- New Features: Added `mainMod + P` binding to execute `grimblast save screen` for screen capture
- Enhancements: Set `allow_workspace_cycles = true` to permit cycling layouts across workspaces
