sankalp 6cd1a2c71a fix(utils): quote kill_process args, replace subprocess which with shutil 
- shlex.quote() in kill_process prevents shell injection
- find_binary now uses shutil.which() instead of spawning 'which'
- Add shell_split() helper for environment.py
- Remove inline import re from escape_markup_text

sankalp e63a2c04a5 refactor: extract reusable utils, remove screencapture facade 
- Add ManagedTimer to replace repeated source_remove/timeout_add boilerplate
- Add EvdevLockService base class for numlock/capslock (cut 154→28 lines)
- Add BaseNotchIndicator for 5 near-identical indicator classes (cut 404→171 lines)
- Add load_pixbuf_thumbnail and resolve_monitor to utils
- Delete screencapture.py facade; callers use Screenshot/ScreenRecorder directly

Move method-specific debounce from functions.py to debounce.py,
keeping both debounce (method) and sync_debounce (general) together.

Drop unused dbusmenu.py and related files, update pyproject.toml and requirements.txt to reflect new dependencies, and add pure‑Python uinput click helper.

sankalp e4813f35a0 feat(root): implement dynamic todo list refresh and UI enhancements 
This change adds a mechanism to refresh the todo list dynamically when the underlying service updates, improving UI responsiveness and user experience. It also updates documentation and removes deprecated files.

- New Features:
  - Added `_refresh_todos` method to rebuild the todo list when `get_todo_service().todos` changes.
  - Introduced `TodoListCapture` class for mouse capture handling of the todo list window.
- Enhancements:
  - Updated README with corrected image paths, installation tips, and manual installation commands.
  - Introduced `start.py` to launch the application or lock mode.
  - Removed deprecated `config.json` and `debug_memory.py`.
- Bug Fixes:
  - Fixed lock screen screenshot path in README.
