sankalp b7e8786e6b refactor(systray): rely on fabric stock icon handling 
Upstream fabric now resolves tray icons correctly, so the local
pixbuf fallback patch is gone. The patch keeps only config-based
item hiding by wrapping do_update_properties.

sankalp 361d52b285 fix(lock): replace pam with python-pam and shim six dependency 
Switch from the abandoned  package to .
Patch  into sys.modules before importing pam since
python-pam uses it internally but doesn't declare it as a dependency.
Update authenticate call to use pam.pam().authenticate().

This change adds a mechanism to refresh the todo list dynamically when the underlying service updates, improving UI responsiveness and user experience. It also updates documentation and removes deprecated files.
