New Features - Introduced `InstallRules` subcommand to install udev rules for rootless operation. Enhancements - Streamlined `LimitTdp` and `Limit` enum variants by removing unnecessary wrapper structs. - Updated command dispatch in `main` to handle the new `InstallRules` variant.
