feat(src/djinit/core): add use_vite flag to ProjectMetadata

Add a boolean `use_vite` to `ProjectMetadata` to control Vite integration and include it in the serialized project metadata.

- New Features: Introduce `use_vite` configuration option.
- Enhancements: Expose `use_vite` in metadata output.
