sankalp a2171b7013 config: update keybinds and remove launcher.toml ...

- Rename fabric-cli exec to use 'modus' instead of 'modus1'
- Add spotlight keybinds (Super+D, Super+E, Super+V, Super+W)
- Change reload bind to Alt+Shift+R
- Delete config/launcher.toml (replaced by spotlight plugins)
