refactor(battery): consolidate button styles, refactor service, remove ddcutil

- Merge game-mode/charge-limit CSS into shared selectors - Rewrite Battery service with IntEnum states and charge-limit support - Add ChargeLimitButton with active-state styling - Drop ddcutil from dependencies (unused)
